Who is RelayPDM for?
Partner and alliance teams who run their program across spreadsheets, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and chat today, and want one system for partners, referrals and events.
Can partners use it without an account?
Yes, for referrals. You share a referral link and the partner fills in a short form. A link can carry an expiry date and a limit on submissions. Partners do not get a login.
Does it connect to our CRM?
Not today. RelayPDM works on its own, and none of the integrations listed on this page is connected yet. Each one is labelled as planned.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Partners, referrals and the audit log export as comma-separated values (CSV) files, which open in Excel or Google Sheets.
How is our data kept separate from other customers'?
Inside the database itself, and an automated test tries to cross that boundary on every change we ship. The Security page, linked at the bottom of this page, explains how.
How do we try it?
